Compensation: $50000.00 to $65000.00 yearly

The primary duties of this position are to answer product inquiries, process orders, submit quotations, make follow-up phone calls, and ensure that customer needs are met promptly and accurately. • Manage incoming calls • Identify and assess customers' needs • Maintain accurate customer information using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and other business systems in support of customer service activities. • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and responsive communication • Act as the customer’s liaison, responsible for customer inquiries. quotations, and order pricing, assuring on time delivery in accordance with customer requirements. • Work closely with internal planners to ensure on time delivery. • Keep operations team informed of changes or issues that may need addressing. • Handle incoming complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure full resolution. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to many emails and phone calls on a daily basis. • Ability to learn and convey technical details about our products and services, to our customers. • Act as back-up for other team members. • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments • Provide customers accurate product and pricing information, including preparation of quotes. • Review purchase order terms to assure order requirements are filled.

Requirements

- Candidates with Spreadsheet and ERP system experience will be prioritized - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred - 3+ years of accounting experience required - Outstanding data entry skills - Quality experience with CRM - Experience with Sales Quotes - Deep understanding of Sales Activity - Wide ranging experience with customer service - Proven knowledge of Sales Proposal - Command of inside sales - Well-founded grasp of Salesforce Administration - Solid understanding of Inbound Sales - Practical knowledge of enterprise resource planning - Foundational knowledge in sales analysis & reporting - General familiarity with Salesforce.com For immediate response please submit resume to: [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] 508-898-0900
