A CRG client in the High Point, Greensboro, NC area is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their team. This is a part-time contract to hire position. The Accounting Assistant can expect to assist with data entry, accounts payable, creating reports, and completing administrative tasks. However, the ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to help with a wide variety of departmental tasks.
To be a successful Accounting Assistant, you should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic accounting principles. Experience with QuickBooks would be beneficial.
- Basic offices tasks, such as data entry, filing, answering phones, etc.
- Managing accounts payable
- Processing transactions
- Broadly supporting the Accounting department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with GAAP
