Job Summary:
The Cash Management Team Lead is responsible for helping to oversee/monitor the day-to day operations of enhanced services conducted by the Risk Analysis Unit (RAU) of Apple Bank’s Branch Administration department. The Team Lead supports the VP, Risk Analysis Manager by assisting with the execution of new and enhanced services, as well as coordinating the monitoring and reporting associated with each product. This position collaborates periodically with other Bank departments regarding the creation, implementation, and subsequent updating of new procedures and collects data to prepare reports for distribution reflecting the RAU’s progress regarding various projects. The successful candidate will have experience in Cash Management/Enhanced Services including but not limited to Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture and ACH. The Team Lead will be required to analyze business financial reports, bank and credit card statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to determine the expected customer risk profile.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and prepare relevant data for reporting purposes.
- Track progress related to the onboarding of new customers and makes suggestions for improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with Risk Analysis Manager to create and implement new enhanced service procedures; review and approve enhanced service applications.
- Ensure all daily/monthly/quarterly reviews are completed in a timely fashion.
- Review work completed by Risk Analysis Specialists.
- Research, analyze and prepare written summary on any exceptions found during periodic monitoring
- Identify target areas to promote enhanced services and provide branches with necessary training.
- Assist branches with questions related to the onboarding of enhanced services.
- Update department internal procedures (desktops) as needed.
- Provide training to Risk Analysis Specialists regarding new procedures/enhancements and conduct follow-ups.
- Create new forms and amend existing versions as needed.
- Research, analyze and prepare written summaries on enhanced service customers as needed.
- Perform credit analysis on Cash Management applications in order to make sound business decisions as it relates to providing special services such as ACH Origination, Online Wire Transfers and Remote Deposit
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years retail banking experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years working with enhanced services such as RDC, ACH and Business Online Banking.
- Knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Word.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to perform both a basic and comprehensive credit analysis
- Completed a credit training course from an accredited institution
- Must possess professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
