Part-Time Accounting Clerk
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading local organization and they are seeking a motivated Accounting Clerk to assist the team. Come work in a relaxed, friendly environment where the work you're doing makes a difference!
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK:
- The Accounting Clerk will update and obtain signatures on disbursements and upload to billing website
- The Accounting Clerk will pull financial reports from computer system and save in files
- Pull data from system and enter in Excel report
- Ability to assist with monthly financial statement prep is a plus, but not a requirement
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:
- The Accounting Clerk must have computer skills and ability to learn new software
- General Accounting experience sufficient to complete role responsibilities - OR -
- Accounting/Finance post-secondary education
